“Nourish Your Relationships with the Akashic Records!”

February—this the month where love and relationships take center stage! Beyond the traditional romantic focus, this is also a perfect time to explore all the relationships that shape your life. Interactions with yourself, others, and the Divine create the rich layers of your existence.

So, let’s explore some yummy reflective questions to ask your Akashic Records (or to journal about) this month:
–

• Which relationship in my life drains me the most, and why? What can I change within myself so I can embrace more balance?
  –

• Which relationship fills me with the most joy, and why? How can I show my appreciation to this person?
  –
  –
• Which relationship has been my greatest teacher? What lessons am I still integrating from this experience?

Three Main Areas of Relationships in Akashic Investigation

When exploring relationships with the Akashic Records, I usually find it helpful to focus on three key areas:
–

1. Your Relationship with Yourself
   How you relate to yourself—your Inner Child, your Archetypes, and your Shadow Self: your strengths, and your growing edges. Your ability to love yourself sets the foundation for all your other interactions.
   –
2. Your Relationship with Others
   Family of origin (known or unknown), significant other, boss / workmates, best friends, worst enemies, even beloved pets—each relationship holds unique lessons and gifts.
   –
3. Your Relationship with the Divine
   This includes your connection with your Akashic Records, primary guide, masters, and teachers. How do you nurture these sacred bonds with your Highest Beings of Light so they can nurture you?

Why Forgiveness Matters

One of the most profound shifts you can make to improve any relationship is to actively embrace forgiveness. For others, and sometimes more importantly, beginning with yourself.
–

Letting go of all “pain” (including any fear, sorrow, anger, hurtful words, intentions, judgments, deeds, and ailments – anything you choose to forgive and release connected to a specific person), is a wonderful way to set yourself free from the unending and relentless repetition of the upsetting past. Letting go of past hurts, judgments, and disappointments allows you to move forward with greater grace and ease.
