Last month, I told you I had no idea what would happen at my second MY Retreat in Portugal. Now I can tell you. It’s a story about how fully the Records show up when we can’t. They really are the ones running the show as I certainly wasn’t able to for this group.

In May, I facilitated 20 sessions over five days, a new record for me, and went home feeling energized.

 

September was different.

 

Shortly after arriving in Portugal, I came down with health issues that are still bothering me. I spent the week before the Retreat incapacitated at my Airbnb. By the time Retreat began, I had only about half my normal hearing, while constantly still coughing and blowing my nose.

And 16 participants were eagerly waiting for their sessions over the next five days.

I knew I didn’t have my usual ability to connect each person to their Records and to support them through their Akashic journey.

 

So I let it all go.

 

Each morning, I opened my personal Records, asked them to support all levels of my being, and welcomed their healing. Then, gratefully and with complete trust, I completely turned every session over to my clients’ Records.

And yes . . . those Records came through loud and clear, crystal clear on all my “clairs.”

Each day I felt my Records support me energetically. It was fascinating to watch how everything coming from each person’s Records resonated with each person, how different each session was – just what each could most benefit from.

We laughed together sometimes. We cried together sometimes.

Talk about Divine Grace in action!

 

While I couldn’t do anything myself, the Records could step forward, because I let them, even more than I even have before.

 

A week of rest afterward at my Airbnb didn’t resolve my health issues. However, my final three days in Lisbon with my son Jay, visiting from London, were the best time we’ve had together in years! We rode the local ferry loop one day and Tram #25 another, chatting and laughing all the way. He was delighted when I promised I’ll never travel internationally on my own again!

 

Back home, I’ve been diligently exploring both medical and alternative approaches. Acupuncture has helped the most so far, and I’m grateful to have an appointment with my Ear Nose Throat doctor very soon. I’m intending a full recovery so I can happily bring clients into their Records again and publish the two important new bodies of Akashic work that I’ve been working on for months.
